    Kai was an outstanding shopping guide in Osaka! She was friendly, patient, and her English was excellent, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We visited over 30 vintage stores searching for designer bags, and Kai’s expertise was invaluable. She educated me on how to read labels and identify high-quality pieces. I had done research on my own beforehand, but many of the shops I found simply didn’t have the selection I was looking for. In the end, thanks to Kai’s knowledge and guidance, I came away with three amazing bags for under $3,000 — including a vintage Chanel! She truly made sure I was happy with every purchase and never made me feel rushed. I also really appreciated her help navigating the train system back to Kyoto after a very long day. And yes — we walked over 15,000 steps in Osaka! Every step was worth it thanks to Kai’s professionalism, patience, and expertise.
