Max was an excellent guide. The places he took us to and the food he chose and had us try (and the beer!) were all very delicious. So great! We never would have been knowledgeable enough or brave enough to find the deliciousness to which Taiga led us on our food tour. Didn’t even know akashiyaki was a thing. How small can a gyoza shop be? Now we know. Taiga was an awesome, knowledgeable, friendly host to spend a few hours with tasting the delights of Kobe.
