To me, Hanoi’s food is more than just delicious - it’s a reflection of our people’s way of life, shaped by generations of Vietnamese, French and Chinese influence. I love wandering through the Old Quarter’s bustling streets, sampling authentic street food, or catching a traditional water puppet show that brings our stories to life. Whether it’s exploring the French Quarter, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, West Lake, or the nearby traditional craft villages, I enjoy helping guests discover the real Hanoi - its flavors, traditions, and the warmth of its people.

I’ve lived in Hanoi for over 20 years and this city never stops amazing me. They say when you truly love a place, it starts with the food - and Hanoi’s dishes have my heart forever: Bún chả, Bánh xèo, Phở, Bánh Mì, and Chả cá Lã Vọng! I also love uncovering hidden gems tucked away in the Old Quarter - secret cafés, cozy pubs and restaurants only locals know. When I’m not exploring, you’ll find me at a museum, taking photos, or sipping a seasonal coffee before heading to a bookstore. With my background in history, I enjoy sharing Hanoi’s fascinating past, culture, and of course, the best spots for authentic food and drinks!

I’ve grown up surrounded by incredible food, fascinating history, and beautiful architecture. What I love most about Hanoi is its cuisine—it’s simply unmatched in flavor and variety! I’ve made it my mission to explore every corner of the city in search of the best local dishes, from hidden street stalls to traditional family-run restaurants. When I’m not eating my way through the city, you’ll find me wandering its charming streets, discovering new cafés, or admiring old French buildings.
