My tour of Hong Kong with Malin from City Unscripted was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met, Malin made the experience feel personal, relaxed, and incredibly engaging. Instead of feeling like a standard tourist tour, it felt like exploring the city with a knowledgeable local friend who truly loves Hong Kong. Malin shared so much insight into the culture, history, food, and hidden gems of the city while also tailoring the experience to my interests and pace. We discovered places and details I never would have found on my own given the limited time I had, and every stop felt meaningful and authentic. What stood out most was Malin’s warmth, energy, and ability to create such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. Hong Kong can feel overwhelming at first, but Malin helped me feel connected to the city in a genuine and memorable way. Highly recommend City Unscripted and especially Malin if you want a thoughtful, personalized, and unforgettable Hong Kong experience.

We enjoyed spending time with Malin. She is very personable, knowledgeable and patient and we enjoyed spending time with her. We got a sense of the vibrancy and the energy of this amazing city. We enjoyed eating with the locals at lunch. We wish we had more time with Malin but our schedule would not allow. She did give us good suggestions for tea shops and restaurants for the time we have left. Weather prevented us from some of the things we'd planned. Still given the time constraints and conditions we were well pleased with our time with Malin. Thank you

Absolutely delighted by our tour with Benny yesterday evening. Not only did he know all the spots for the best versions of local cuisine, which he picked out among the thousands of tiny places, but we got a thorough tour of many neighbourhoods and markets (including a whole Neighbourhood which is a goldfish market!) giving us a real sense of how people live in the city which is so different from our North American lived experience. He also came through with a couple of clutch plays helping us find some miscellaneous articles that we were needing, knowing which shops and which people to ask. He was very patient with her many, many questions and took great pains to adapt the tour to our preferences. We gained such a deeper understanding of the city with him than in our wanderings by ourselves. We cannot recommend him enough

We booked the 4-hour tour to get an overview of Hong Kong at the beginning of our travels, and Kiyo did an incredible job. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hong Kong is an incredible city, and I'd highly recommend this tour to get acquainted with it before delving deeper and more specifically. It was an incredible value for how much culture and history was packed in. Thank you, Kiyo!

We did this food tour our first night in Hong Kong. Benny was an excellent guide, spoke perfect English and was a lot of fun. We got to experience a different part of Hong Kong and eat like the locals. Food was yummy and very filling. Great way to really experience Kowloon.
