Stephan has been incredibly helpful right from the time of the booking. He reached out via email to confirm my itinerary and provided recommendations for luggage storage and lunch places. He also detailed how I should get to our meeting place by metro and which metro pass to purchase. His complete information really placed my mind at ease as I’m traveling with two young children.
He met us promptly at our lunch place and took us on a three-hour tour to the main attractions of Paris by foot and by metro. My children are very inquisitive and were full of questions, some relevant and some totally random. He patiently answered all of them. Stephan was also very attentive throughout the tour and kept the itinerary flexible in light of the sporadic rains and my children’s flagging energy levels.

Hristo, our guide, was great about reaching out to find out what we wanted to see. He put together a great tour and covered a lot in the time we had. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He checked on us often as it was an extremely hot day. Highly recommend this company and Hristo!
