We spent a very enjoyable few hours with Max in Bordeaux. He was charming, polite and set an ideal pace for bunch of old geezers. The walk around the old part of town was relaxed and more like meeting up with an old friend than a tour guide. Two reasons for this; we learned more about Max than we did of Bordeax and Max didn't really know many historical facts about the places he took us to. He often knew the basics but not extra facts. "I don't know" was a frequent answer. But somehow, it didn't matter. He showed us some nice places, tailored the route to our interests and pointed out a nice place for lunch. Good luck learning more rhyming slander, my old mucker. More facts...five stars.

Our guide, Elie, was incredibly respectful, helpful and kind. He could speak English very well and had a lot of knowledge on the history of paris and landmarks aswell as general knowledge of life in the city. We were with him for 3 hours, which were all entertaining. He was also very flexible as we had a young child and our grandma with us. I would definetely recommend him.

I was lucky enough to be paired with Flora.
Not wanting to do the usual tourist things, Flora was able to adapt our tour to fit my desires - she also picked up on things during our time on the tour and was able to tailor the experience to my particular tastes and interests.
I wouldn't hesitate to book again when I'm next in Paris as I'm sure there is so much more that Flora could tell me.
