My husband and I had an incredible 4-hour walking tour of Kyoto with Emi, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She guided us through the beautiful Gion and Pontocho districts, and we also visited both Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, which made for a truly unforgettable experience. Emi was exceptionally knowledgeable about Kyoto’s local culture, traditions, and history, and we learned so much throughout the tour. She shared fascinating insights that brought each location to life and gave us a much deeper appreciation for the city. What really made the experience special was how polite, friendly, and thoughtful she was. She tailored the tour to meet our needs and pace perfectly, making the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Kyoto, and we would absolutely recommend Emi to anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable tour experience.

Incredible experience that was the highlight of our Kyoto trip. Milo was an incredible guide, had such an vast knowledge base about everything from history to current culture to hidden gems for snacks/matcha/coffee. He was very patient given our young kids and we never felt rushed. 11 out of 10 recommend the experience with Milo.
