Three-hour private tour: Daniela contacted us before and based on the online questionnaire she proposed an itinerary. Three hours is ideal for a guided tour without getting tired. Daniela took us to discover Naples and its history. The visit to San Lorenzo Maggiore, an underground Naples outside the classic itineraries, was much appreciated.

Daniela scheduled all that we wanted to see and she was very patient with us oldies. She took care to see that we understood what she was explaining to us. I recommend her as a host.

What a fantastic way to be introduced to Naples ! Our guide Nunzia was fantastic, and showed us so many places and foods on our list, and some that weren’t ! A really great insightful tour from a true local, and plenty of tips for when we return in the future.

I had high expectations for this experience... and it didn't disappoint me at all... our guide Daria took us to unexpected corners and places in the historic center... with unpublished stories of everyday life today and in the past... in 3 hours of walking we were able to appreciate unpublished corners and places that as simple tourists we would never have noticed and understood. an experience to repeat and recommend to those who really want to discover the heart of the real Naples.

Armando was a phenomenal guide. We asked to see places that are uniquely Neapolitan, and he introduced us to some amazing places and foods. Great guide!!!

I booked a private 4-hour English-speaking walking tour of Naples, Italy with Armando for three of us. From the moment of the booking through the day of the tour, he kept us informed and inquired if there were any adjustments to the itinerary we would like to see incorporated into the tour. He arrived on time at Piazza Bellini to greet us and then eased into the official tour after getting to know us a little better. Armando speaks fluent English, has a charming personality and is quite flexible in rearranging the itinerary on the spot as needed. Every place he took us provided greater insight into Neapolitan culture, history and its people. In addition to useful information on various districts we visited, the tour included bathroom breaks, a chance to sample the famous pizza fritta (fried pizza) and ended with some aparitivo (drinks and snacks) on the Bay of Naples overlooking Mt Vesuvius, Sorrento and the isle of Capri. I would gladly book Armando for some of his other tours!

We did a lot of tours and this was probably the best one due to our tour guide Roberto. He was super knowledgeable, attentive and patient with all the questions we were asking.

Roberto is extremely knowledgeable about Naples and Italy as a whole, starting with the Greeks, then Romans, Christians, Spanish, and French. He also gives interesting insight into Italian Unification from the viewpoint of Southern Italy. He discusses Mussolini and his impact on Italy. Of course he ties in the history with the numerous sites along the tour route.

Our host Roberto was so accommodating and personal. We could feel his passion and enthusiasm and he had great knowledge of the area.

Roberto was very knowledgeable, explaining the history of Naples from its beginnings under the Greeks, then the Romans, the Spanish, and the French. He covered the period after the French Revolution, then the Napoleonic period, then the Unification in 1861 and expansion of Unification in 1871. Interestingly, he offered the viewpoint of the then-wealthy South being taken over by the North and stripped of much of its riches, being left much poorer after Unification. He also covered the massive construction projects in the 1890’s, then the period under Mussolini until the end of WW-II.. Of course, he pointed out and discussed the various churches, castles, palaces, and other structures pertaining to each historical period. Side note: seeing Roberto walking around his hometown, there hardly seems anyone he does not know!!! He also offers food and wine tours and he undoubtedly does a great job on them. Roberto is #1!!!!!

Booked the 3 hours walking tour around Naples. Our guide Renato was excellent. He was responsive to all our questions prior to arrival and was very flexible when two days before the tour I changed my mind about what attractions I wanted to include-100% appreciated that. Renato was very knowledgeable and shared many fine details about Naples and the lifestyle there. We would not have been able to navigate Naples without this tour. Thank you Renato!!

A great way to see and experience Naples! Especially good for the narrow winding streets of Naples. It is easy to be turned around as GPS can be sketchy. Our guide Renato tailored our tour. He was engaging and fun. He showed us his town. He spoke with knowledge and insight. Book a tour you will love it.

We met with our tour guide, Denise, without a problem. She was on-time and super friendly from the get-go. Denise is very knowledgeable about all things Napoli and you can tell she lives in the city as our tour had a nice flow to it. She brought us into some magnificent churches we didn’t even know existed…and we’ve seen a lot of European churches in our travels. We would highly recommend Denise to anyone interested in learning more about the history and culture of this really cool city.

Denise walked us around the historic district, explaining the significance of things we passes - both buildings but also Naples’ Banksy art, and the murals of your beloved football player. Symbols of Napoli like the mermaid and pepper and the Pulcinello mask. And also the baskets. It was a great tour!

We had a fantastic walking tour of Naples with Denise. She was organized and communicative, messaging us prior to the tour to gather our particular interests and coming up with a plan to meet up. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. We had said that we wanted to try pizza and sfogliatelle, see the handcrafted presepi in San Gregorio Armeno, and see Maradona murals and buy a Napoli soccer jersey for our son; Denise made sure that all of that happened and so much more! She was friendly and kind and really made our visit to Naples a unique and fun experience.

History, neighborhoods, heritage, insider tips—Alesia shared a wealth of information. When my phone was pinched, she chased after the thief and took me to the police station. Explaining that the thief was not from Naples because Neapolitans love visitors.

Alessia was great. We were a bit nervous arriving in Naples, it’s probably not what you expect and very different from Rome and Sorrento. Alessia brought the city to life as she walked us through the various areas. We saw scenic views and experienced the heart of the city. She made our children feel at ease and gave us great recommendations on food that we took and really enjoyed. We can’t say enough good things about our time together. We left Napoli with a new friend!

Fabulous walking tour. Enrico was an incredible guide. We saw both the famous spots and hidden gems courtesy of Enrico’s expertise. Also, for those of you who are foodies, Enrico is a Sommelier at George - the only Michelin star restaurant. In Napoli. So he knows his food and wine. We ate and drank where Enrico recommended and were never disappointed. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

We booked a three hour walking tour with Enrico. Fabulous guide, very authentic experience. Terrific suggestions for where to eat, drink wine, and what to see. As a Sommelier in a two Michelin star restaurant you can appreciate and bank on his recommendations.

Enrico was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and so personable! He showed us so many sites including hidden gems! He accommodated us throughout the day, finding special things we asked to see. We give him a 5-star recommendation!

Nadia was a very engaging and well informed guide she shared some of our interests

Nadia was the best guide for our 3 hour walking tour of Naples. We learned so Much history, so so many sites and tasted wonderful traditional delicacies. It was the highlight of our short time in Naples

With only a small window to fill with a tour, we chose one that we could customize. It was fabulous. Dario was our guide for a three-hour walking tour. He covered everything we had on our list. He was knowledgeable, professional, and prepared.

Five stars for Dario or tour guide in June of 2022. My daughter and I were in Naples for a wedding and, although limited, we did have some time for sightseeing. In my search to fill a half day, I came across the opportunity to "customize" a tour that would take about three hours. We knew we wanted to experience a few shopping areas but mainly wanted to see several of the cathedrals, get a good cup of coffee, experience some of the architecture and infrastructure, and art that Naples is known for as well as the history of this famous city. Dario was amazing! Even though it was a walking tour, we covered a lot of ground but never felt rushed. He was a wealth of knowledge, extremely professional, and prepared.

Dario was great; fit in multiple changes in my plans to meet me and showed me some great things about Naples! He was engaging, friendly and informative!
