Emi, our tour guide and life-long Sapporo resident, was spectacular in her preparation for our half-day walking tour of Sapporo. You could sense the pride and passion Emi has for her city. She allowed us to experience hanami.......I will not be able to thank her enough for providing us this very special opportunity. Tornado potatoes will mean WAY more to her and us after our time together happened to coincide with actual tornado warnings back home!

Zarina was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a great time exploring Otaru. Highly recommend.

What a great tour on a lovey sunny day. I did several tours on Hokkaido but Shiunn as guide was by very very far the best guide across the board. She convinced with a very good planning, adapted to my wishes, the weather, the special things you can only include if you are proactive and truly interested to deliver a great experience to your guest. I saw the cherry blossoms blooming and also got so much insights into culture, nature, history and daily life thanks to Shiunn as guide. Great tour. even greater guide. Thank you.

For starters, the town of Sapporo is amazing. The reason I now know this is due to our guide, Emi. We got to experience hanami because Emi had made us cherry blossom variety of tea and had Japanese sweets for us to eat while sitting under a cherry tree in full bloom! We got to purchase a tornado potato at one of the shops in the park. Because I had mentioned one in our group wanted to get jewelry, Emi had located several jewelry store locations. In fact, we followed through on her suggestion and got a nice piece of jewelry. Emi worked hard while we were sitting on the subway to make marks on the map of Sapporo she was giving to us so we could get to certain places after our tour. Such a wonderful experience.
