Everywhere Alex took me was exactly what I was looking to see and he even guided me to the more affordable areas of Japan for food and entertainment

We got lost trying to find the agreed upon meeting place so Alex came to us. He took care of our luggage because it would have been hard for us. He altered the route so my husband wouldn’t have to walk more than necessary and took us to our hotel after the tour. He went out of his way for us. Great customer service.
