    We had an excellent tour in Osaka with Shingo. He was friendly, well prepared and informative throughout the day of the tour. Prior to our tour Singo was very responsive as we developed the itinerary for our tour. He was committed to showcasing Osaka and maximizing what we could see in our time. His English was excellent and he ensured that our experience was amazing.

    Maria was very friendly and knowledgable about Osaka having lived here for 30 years. She met us at our hotel, and we walked and took the subway all over the city. She shared anecdotes that made the city come alive and returned us to our hotel. We were able to navigate to the more interesting places on our own the next day.
