Our host, Andrea, was very knowledgeable in many areas to include not just the sites but their architecture, history of the area and culture. This was our first time in Brussels and after over 3 hours of a walking tour with Andrea, we feel we have a great overview of Brussels. Andrea was very pleasant and shared some fun secrets along the way that most people wouldn't know. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
We loved Donatella and found her a wealth of information, friendly and efficient. If you are need a tour in Naples she is the only one I would suggest.
