Mayinka was our Tour Guide for this personalized tour and she was fantastic. She took us to some of her favorite restaurants and we got to have some traditional Portuguese specialties! We were able to order off the menus and pick what we wanted to try rather than a standardized food tour. She also gave us historical information on the buildings and we toured the market while enjoying some wine. We are so happy we did this tour with Mayinka. It was the highlight of our time in Porto.

We had a great time exploring the city with Sofia. I recommend doing a walking tour with a knowledgeable local guide during the beginning of your trip. This will give you a good overview of the area and help you navigate your way for the next days to come.

Our tour guide Malwina was so knowledgeable showing my husband and I the hidden gems of Porto. She shared historical knowledge as well as art shops, good restaurants, and suggestions for places for us to visit, eat and drink. It was a wonderful day that I would suggest as you arrive in Porto to understand the culture and laces to go. We learned so much. She was a delight to spend time with.
