Our tour guide Malwina was so knowledgeable showing my husband and I the hidden gems of Porto. She shared historical knowledge as well as art shops, good restaurants, and suggestions for places for us to visit, eat and drink. It was a wonderful day that I would suggest as you arrive in Porto to understand the culture and laces to go. We learned so much. She was a delight to spend time with.

Mayinka was great. She started my messaging me a few weeks ago to ask what my group was into and then based the tour on that. Religion? Art? Food? She hit the ground running, calling audibles and ducking into shops the whole time. We absolutely loved walking Porto with her. She sent us some wonderful restaurant recommendations for one of our group with a dietary issue.

We enjoyed Bruno’s knowledge, kindness and flexibility. We enjoyed the Quinta da Regaleira, walking through the city and learning about the history and culture with Bruno.

Mayinka was just a pleasure to hang out with. She took us to places we would have missed on our own. We returned to many after the tour.

Mayinka was an absolute treasure. She never gives the same tour twice and crafts each one personally to the interests of the people touring with her. The groups are as small as you want them to be, letting your walk be agile and easy to shift in other directions. In the words of my nephew, “she killed it!” We have a long list now of things we want to dive deeper into this week. Thank you!

Mayinka was our tour guide and she was awesome. I can’t recommend this food tour enough-every location was thoughtfully chosen, show casing the best of Porto. However, what elevated the experience was the storytelling and learning the history, culture of Porto. Myinka was outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a vegetarian in our group and she did a fabulous job making sure that he was accommodated and even recommended vegetarian restaurants for us to try. If you are visiting Porto and are wanting to try a food tour I would highly recommend Mayinka. Just remember to come hungry.
