I'm passionate about this incredible city, where you can reach every location by foot if you want. Florence is an immortal city, thanks to its art, cuisine, and breathtaking landscape. When I'm not guiding visitors around the city, you can find me having a lampredotto with friends, walking through the city center, or enjoying a coffee from one of the city's rooftop cafes. I know Centro, Campo di Marte, and Oltrarno like the back of my hand, and I'm an expert on Florence's secret spots, lampredotto street shops, theaters, rooftop cafes and bars, and breathtaking landscape locations. If you're looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Florence, I'm your guy. Whether you want to explore the city's historic landmarks, indulge in delicious cuisine, or discover hidden gems off the beaten path, I can show you the best of Florence. So what are you waiting for?
Great!!— Anna , Florence
I love architecture, photography and I have a strong eye for details. I am an enthusiastic and easy going person. Most of all, I am very curious, so I love spending time together with new people of any age. I moved to Florence to study in order to take a license as tour leader…just the best job, isn’t it? I love traveling - I would love to visit the whole world! So, I am a sucker for any kind of art, but we will explore so much more together! I’m looking forward to meet you and I will be glad to experience all the beauty Florence has to offer with you!
I just graduated in Florence and I'm currently working as Front Desk Manager in a Bed&Breakfast in the city centre. Throughout my work experience, and also while accompanying all my Spanish friends during their holidays here in Italy, I realized how much I was interested in guiding people to hidden places, bars and restaurants, and have walks with them in beautiful gardens. I am really passionate about food and always love to try new restaurants to discover what's new in town. I am also working in the cultural world, and by living in a city such as Florence, exploring and talking about art is essential! A really good holiday is a mix of food, landscapes, traditions and art! You just need to figure out which is the best way to enjoy it for you! I lived here for all my life, I know this city as my pocket, and it would be a pleasure to experience its hidden (and not so hidden) gems with you!
What I love most about my city is its incredible art and monuments, the skilled artisans, charming local shops, and lively nightlife. Florence is especially magical in spring, when the city truly comes alive. I love my job and enjoy spending my free time visiting museums and art exhibitions, taking long walks, and going out with friends in the Oltrarno area. I know the entire historic city center very well and feel at home navigating its neighborhoods. I consider myself an expert in Florentine museums, especially the Uffizi Galleries and the Accademia Gallery. As a trained sommelier, I’m also happy to share my knowledge of Italian wines.
I love nothing more than sharing the beauty of my city with others, whether it’s showing my artwork in my home or introducing you to some of my friends. One of my favorite things to do is stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets of the city center, uncovering hidden gems like the charming San Bartolomeo church. Beyond Florence, I know the surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, and more like the back of my hand, and I’m always happy to share their unique stories with you. My passion is helping you experience Florence in a way that stays in your heart long after you’ve left. Whether it’s finding the perfect little spot for a quiet moment or sharing the art and history that make this city so special, I’ll make sure you feel at home in Florence. Let’s explore together!

I’ve lived in the US, The Netherlands, and Germany, before moving back to my be-loved Florence a couple of years ago. Love traveling: whenever I have some free time, I do not hesitate to pack my backpack and go exploring. Bus, train, airplane, everything works! Nevertheless, solo travelling doesn't mean dirty hostels, bad food and no nights out. Quite the contrary: with the right tips, everything is possible! If you’re looking for someone to show you the best Florentine food, cozy cafes, vintage markets and off-the-grid attractions, you’re in the right place. So open your heart and your mind and let me guide you through the history and culture of this amazing city and its amazing people!
I’m Mik, your friendly and enthusiastic local host here in Florence. You’ll often find me running through Cascine Park, just a few steps from the city center. It’s my favorite spot to recharge and enjoy a bit of nature. And speaking of recharging, nothing beats sipping a glass of Chianti red wine in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Whether it’s the vineyards of Chianti or the narrow, bustling streets of Florence’s downtown, I know all the best spots to experience the city like a local. Of course, no visit to Florence is complete without tasting its incredible food! I’m passionate about sharing the best places to try traditional Tuscan dishes and local street food—trust me, you’ll love it. Whether you’re here for art, history, food, or all of the above, I’m here to make your time in Florence unforgettable. Let’s explore this amazing city together!
I'm Mara, your local host here in beautiful Florence! This city has stolen my heart from the mouthwatering food and rich wine culture to the vibrant arts scene and stunning architecture. One of my favorite pastimes is strolling through the streets at sunset, soaking in the beauty of this magical place before enjoying an aperitivo with friends. I'm passionate about the performing arts and love attending shows whenever I can. You can find me in Centro, Santo Spirito, or Oltrarno in Florence, or perhaps in the historic neighborhoods of Bologna like Santo Stefano and Quartiere Saragozza. Consider me your go-to expert for all things Bologna! Whether you're in search of the best food and wine spots, hidden gems, or fascinating curiosities, I've got you covered. Let's make unforgettable memories together in this incredible city!
I’ve been living in Florence for half of my life now and have been working here as a tour leader for almost 20 years. I am an expert in wine tours, Vespa tours, city tours, and sightseeing. I love bringing people to the cities’ hidden gems like in Chianti where you will find enchanting vineyards and castles built centuries ago. I honestly don’t have a favorite place yet because there is so much more to explore in Tuscany, here we have Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, and Pisa, and the list is endless. I love sharing my life experiences and travel history with people as much as I love listening to others as well.
I’m Giada, a proud Florentine who finds joy in sharing the magic of my city. What I love most about Florence is how every street whispers stories of the past—from Renaissance wonders to everyday local life. You’ll often find me browsing the stalls at San Lorenzo or Sant'Ambrogio, or unwinding with a classic aperitivo as the sun sets. I know the San Marco, Duomo, Santo Spirito, and San Frediano areas like the back of my hand and love mixing iconic spots like the Duomo and Uffizi with hidden gems like the Bardini Gardens or the artisan corners of San Frediano. I’d love to show you the Florence I call home!
I know the city like the back of my hand - from the lively streets of Santo Spirito and San Lorenzo to the elegance of Fiesole and Santa Croce. Whether I’m discovering a new trattoria, enjoying a glass of Tuscan wine, or exploring hidden art beyond the galleries, I’m always chasing the soul of Florence. I love sharing its flavours, stories, and beauty with curious travellers – especially through its food, wine, shopping gems and art.
I'm Gabriele, your friendly host in Florence. I love the city's energy when summer rolls around - pop up along the Arno, and the streets buzz with life. I’m always on the lookout for hidden local food spots and love chatting with lifelong Florentines to learn more about their traditions and dialects. You’ll often find me wandering through the narrow medieval streets of Santo Spirito, Santa Croce, Sant’Ambrogio, and San Lorenzo - don’t forget to look up, the facades are full of surprises! Since diving into food tours, I’ve developed a real passion (and nose!) for great Tuscan cuisine, especially the perfect schiacciata. Let’s explore together!
My name is Giacinta, I'm an art historian and certified tour guide in Florence, Tuscany. I like art, history, and arts & crafts; I love showing special sites, unknown details, curiosities, and artisans' workshops as well: leather workshops, paper workshops, and "Florentine mosaics" are just some of our specialties in Florence: come discover all this!
I'm Sara, a Florence local who’s endlessly curious about the stories this city holds - especially around Santa Croce and Sant’Ambrogio, my favorite neighborhoods. I love riding my bike through Cascine Park, wandering along the Arno, and tracking down hidden artisanal shops. Though I’m a vegetarian, I can never resist a lampredotto at Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio - my true Achilles' heel! I lead food tours with a twist, blending culture, anecdotes, and surprises. I'm also passionate about Florence’s deep history, from the Medici legacy to Machiavelli’s Republic. Whether we’re walking through the heart of the city or the rolling Chianti hills, I’ll help you see Florence with fresh eyes and a full heart.
I am Chiara from Florence, Italy. I am a tourist guide and hotel receptionist. I generally lead different kinds of walking tours through Florence to allow friends and tourists to discover the beauty of my city from all its different sides. It is entertaining to find also out that in the cradle of the Renaissance there are some hidden street art gems. I lead also tours in the most popular museums: The Uffizi and Accademia galleries and the Duomo complex. I love to eat good food, cook my mother's recipes, and give tips about what to eat and where. Generally, as my body shape may tell, what I suggest seems wise to be followed.
