The guide was incredibly flexible, informative, and creative when coming up with suggestions on where to go based on my interesting in scenery, history, culture, and hidden gems. While there were some communication issues those were resolved and the tour was excellent.

She made good on her promise to include my list along with several other hidden gems we would never had visited on our own. Her knowledge of Toronto past and present was very impressive. She constantly “checked in” with us to insure the pace of the tour was working for us and gave us great insight into the city.
It was a very good experience. Jacqueline was so nice and customer service driven ! She gave her best knowledge and always think of us on how can she make the tour as pleasing and comfortable. Was a wonderful tour with a city local Rim. She was a great tour guide and asked us tons of questions beforehand and tailored the tour to everything we would wanted to see and do. It was an amazing experience and day! Had the best tour, food, sight seeing and etc. I would give six stars if I could! Recommend to everyone.
