I am a Teacher
Hello! My name is Emilio, I was born in Spain and have been living in Sapporo for the past 6 years. During my travels, I ended up in Dublin where I worked for almost a year and where I met my Japanese wife. Then, we came to Sapporo in 2017. I have two children and I work teaching English to Japanese kids. No doubt one of the things I like the most about this city is the food. From local miso ramen, soup curry, and the freshest sushi you can find in Japan to one of the most famous regional dishes, Genghis Khan. Everything matches perfectly with a cold Sapporo beer in your hand. As a father of two kids, I find Sapporo very kid-friendly and I love having beautiful parks where we can enjoy a relaxing picnic and have a nice walk or also visit the small Maruyama zoo, very close to the biggest and most important shrine in Hokkaido. Let me guide you around Sapporo and everything this city has to offer.
