VIDEO CALL Ada

Hi! My name is Ada, I specialized in Japanese culture  & came in 2013 to finish my studies, but I felt in love with the country so much that I decided to prolong my stay indefinitely. I just want to share my passion & the beauty that I see, and give back to society what it was given to me when I first arrived. I always wanted to become a tour guide, so I studied tourism in Spain. I have been working in the tourism industry till covid times arrived, when I shift to Kyoto University where I have been assisting international students and in my spare time organizing activities and trips for them to immerse in the culture. Let's make great memories!

My reviews

We had an afternoon tour booked with Ada on our first day in Kyoto and had a fantastic afternoon, which included walking around the Gion District. As discussed with Ada, we navigated the local buses and she took us "off the beaten path" where we were able to see many of the smaller temples and shrines around the back streets of Kyoto. It was a wonderful tour away from the crowds at the bigger and more popular temples and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Ada for a wonderful introduction to Kyoto.

Ada managed to get us to some really beautiful locations before the crowds set in and then adjusted as we went to avoid crowds as much as possible the rest of the day. She was full of historical and local knowledge about every location that we visited and was enthusiastic about sharing it. She found us the perfect location for an amazing lunch that satisfied our somewhat mixed dining preferences when we decided we needed a break. She was also just a pleasure to talk to and very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for the rest of our stay.
