My brother and I decided to do a day trip to Bologna from Venice. The train ride was just ocer and hour. Fortunately, we found the option to do the day tour for a few hours and were very happy with the results of the quantity of time. More importantly, our tour guide , Claudio was the most considerate and knowledgeable person we couid have hoped for. We walked significantly but it want too taxing. It was great to learn about the great historical nuggets about the city. In addition, he offered some great recommendations to eat and we were very pleased to have dined in this food forward city.
