    Far too many emails sent in advance of the tour, which is one of the reasons for the confusion about the start time and guide. We responded to the pre-tour questionnaire, only to receive the form once again requesting the same information several days later. We then arrived at the pickup point as instructed, only to discover the confirmed time (11:00am) was one hour later than the time provided to the guide (10:00am, who therefore had already left) and that a new guide had been assigned (we weren't notified). We eventually met the new guide after a 30-minute wait and proceeded with the tour. Recommendation: consolidate your communications with clients in advance to avoid this kind of confusion.

Rich in history, food, and culture, our tour guide Donatella “Doni” came through for us in every way. The photo ops are endless and Doni captures every moment. Another highlight was dining at a locals only pizzeria which was a standout. Overall, the best money spent for a day to remember.
