Ciao! I'm Nicola, your go-to guide for all things Bologna – a city that sits at the crossroads of Italy and, honestly, at the crossroads of my many passions too! Some say Bologna never sleeps, but I think it just can't get enough of its vibrant music, culture, and, well... pasta. While I pride myself on my profound knowledge of Bologna's rich cultural tapestry and its sumptuous food history, it's the city's bustling social hubs I can't resist! I've got a local's eye for the best spots and an open heart ready to make new friends. So, if you're looking to experience Bologna with a pinch of humor and a dollop of authenticity, let's take a walk and talk!

Nicola was so knowledgeable and it felt like her showed us parts of Bologna we wouldn’t have otherwise known to even look for.

Nicola was a great guide. He listened to what we wanted (historical sites, less well known churches and museums) and tailored the tour to our express interests, was very knowledgeable, and found great places for us to stop for coffee and lunch when we needed a break. Our trip to Bologna would have been much less interesting without him. Highly recommend.

This was a great introduction to Bologna. Nicola walked us through the historic areas and explained about the architecture and history; he also shared some interesting anecdotes along the way. Part of the tour included a walk through the Quadrilateral, the historic market area where you see all the little stalls with different vegetables, fruits, and meats. It was a good overview of the city in the perfect amount of time.
