This was a great tour. Onofrio was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our tour was very well paced and we were able to see all that we wanted. We loved that he explained thoroughly but we were not overwhelmed with information. Highly recommended!!!

Nadia was fantastic! She has lived in this area and attended university In Naples so she had a personal and in-depth knowledge of the city. She gave a great overview of the history of Naples and was very engaging. She was very flexible with our tour and even met us at our hotel. We ended the tour with coffee and pastries at Gran Cafe Ganbrinus which was the perfect ending to the tour. Highly recommend!!

Nunzia was a great guide. It was nice not being in a large tour group. She catered to our wishes in the time we had and showed us out of the way places. She helped navigate to subway system, which was a bit crazy. ;-) Would recommend

Great way to see the Center of Napoli and get to know your way around while visiting Naples. Ask for Daniela, she is a great historian and teacher. She is flexible and kind, you will have a specialized tour.

What you’ll do

Get a three-hour crash course in Naples, from navigating the old streets to learning the distinct character of each district (and squeezing in some sightseeing along the way!). Stroll under the arch of Alba Gate towards the old city of Naples, where you’ll see one of the city’s most famous Neapolitan pizzerias, Sorbillo, and stately buildings belonging to the 800-year-old University of Naples Federico II, one of the oldest in the world. Get a perfect snapshot of Neapolitan life on Via Toledo, a hive of Italian boutiques and popular street food, and enter Toledo Metro, one of Europe’s most famous (and beautiful) metro stations. Not feeling like an honorary local yet? After a photo opportunity with the backdrop of Mount Vesuvius and the island of Capri, you certainly will!
