What a wonderful experience for my wife and me! We made sure that Joseph was aware of our priorities (all Beatles all the time!), and he did a great job of meeting those priorities. When we travel, we like to use local transportation like buses or subways, and Joseph was an expert in all things Liverpool in that regard. As Beatles fans, we left our tour knowing that all of our requirements were met, and to top it off Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable, so we are overall very pleased.
