Robert went so far above what was expected to deliver an amazing tour, despite truly horrible weather. As a walking tour would have been grim, due to driving rain and wind, he offered a driving tour instead. Went miles to get his car and then gave us a brilliant tour round the city and extending out to the Beatles former homes and sights. He is an absolute star!
