My guide Alberto, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing the city with us. He tailored our trip to our specific interests, which included shopping, fashion, and harajuku culture. He shared some of his favorite places in the city and even bought us his favorite convenience store snack! He also spoke excellent English and Spanish, which was very helpful for us.

I booked a 4 hour walk with Alberto. It was a wet day when the time came but Alberto didn't let that stop the show. Alberto has lived in Japan for decades, he is essentially a local, his interest in the history of Tokyo is obvious and I was a beneficiary. Alberto is easy to get along with and a caring person, I felt like I was walking with an old friend. Alberto subtlety took time to get know my interests and used this to make the experience interesting for me. At the conclusion he mad sure I didn't board the wrong train and helped me navigate my through the construction chaos, thankyou Alberto! I highly recommend.

We loved being shown Tokyo by someone who knew it. Alberto condensed a very massive city down to a manageable and memorable experience. He helped us to understand the train and subway systems, showed us areas we would have never seen, treated us to culinary experiences we would have never tried. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
