Maria was a wonderful tour guide showing us many sites and sounds of Osaka and catering to some of our specific requests. A great introduction to Osaka on our first day, we ate a few bites at some wonderful places and also were introduced t9 a knife shop in which my husband was able to purchase a Japanese kitchen knife. Milo is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide and we would definitely use him again. We saw everything we wished to see and more! He also took us to his favorite restaurant for lunch which ch was special

Milo was so responsive to our needs. I was worried about being shoulder to shoulder with crowds all day. However, he knew all of the side streets and off the beaten track places to go. We got the shrines and temples, the iconic photos of Kyoto, but we also got the charming side streets and nature paths that made the day special. For lunch we went to a tucked away spot run by an older couple with delicious authentic food without the tourist crowds. Milo knew the history and traditions of the places we visited and left us with detailed maps of where we should try on our own. It was the perfect day in Kyoto!

A relaxed way to see the city and learn about the history and other quirky details. Milo was super knowledgeable not just about Kyoto but Japan. He answered my extensive range of questions beautifully. The pace was easy yet a lot of sites were packed in. My 11 year old daughter and I really enjoyed it.

Mirasol was an incredible host. I planned the trip and the experience because of the true customizable manor of the day. I'd booked it as a "private tour" but had a photographer and her assistant join as well as I'd planned to propose to my now fiance on the trajinera ride! Mirasol not only went above and beyond to make sure we were all in the right place at the right time but actually herself got us a mariachi to help us celebrate the moment on the trajinera after. It truly couldn't have been a more special day and when my photographer friend and her assistant had to leave she then took my fiance and I around the rest of the Xochimilco area teaching us the history, trying street food, helping us shop at the market. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

An absolute must in Mexico City. Marisol's passion for the city is contagious. We learnt so much about Mexico City and the culture. We also had the most amazing food and company. Mexico and Marisol have a special place in our hearts.

Our guide was Marisol and she was a DELIGHT! She was so knowledgeable, she real-time tailored our tour to our interests, she was engaging, and even took us to her favorite taquerias in the city when we mentioned my husband is a chef. She even sent us links to restaurants, cafes, and day trip travel plan ideas after the tour was finished. This was by FAR one of the best tour experiences my husband and I have had!

Our guide was Henry.... without a doubt my favorite guide I have ever had and I have travelled extensively ... so knowledgeable /witty/ and took us to some fabulous and not "touristy" sites. I would go again if he was the guide!!!

We very much enjoyed our full-day, private tour of Hong Kong with Victor. With only one day to spend in Hong Kong, time was well spent, seeing the city’s many highlights and local spots as well. Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

Claudio was an excellent tour guide. He was able to show us the highlights of bologna and set my wife for further exploration after the tour. To top off an excellent tour Claudio helped us set an unbelievable lunch reservation which is hard to get on a Saturday. Thanks again claudio!

We were very fortunate to have Claudio as our guide. He listened to what we wanted and planned the perfect walking tour, blending history, culture and contemporary lifestyle and giving us great recommendations for coffee, gelato and restaurants. Claudio is highly informed and clearly loves Bologna. The hours we spent with him were an ideal introduction to the city and helped us to feel oriented for the rest of our stay. The day after our tour I texted Claudio to say I had lost my scarf at dinner the previous evening and he immediately phoned the restaurant for me. All three of us would highly recommend a walking tour with Claudio.

My tour guide Ayaka was incredible and was very accommodating with what my preferences were for the tour. I got in depth knowledge about Tokyo for the amount of time allotted.

Ayaka was amazing! She was so kind, friendly and welcoming. My son doesn’t usually feel comfortable around strangers but loved Aya. She took us everywhere we wanted and adjusted as we needed with my son. Aya was very knowledgeable about culture and random facts - I can’t rate her high enough, she truly made our experience fantastic and memorable as a family.

Naveen provided a custom experience for us--we were introduced to the best of local food options, from cafes to soup and sandwiches to full service restaurants. We also received detailed information about historic landmarks and how different events impacted the community. Excellent trip.

Our guide Naveen was great! He was very communicative before our tour, arrived early to meet us and exceeded our expectations with regards his knowledge of Munich and German history. He gave us some great suggestions on local food to sample and restaurants to eat. He made the tour fun, interesting and educational. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Great morning seeing central Munich with Naveen. Perfectly timed Sunday. Shops are closed Sunday but we were able to experience the Munich Bells and in and out of beautiful churches. Plenty of history, current events, and restaurant recommendations.
