Austen made our tour absolutely lovely! He did such a wonderful job catering to our interests and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
We were a family of 5 who did a day trip to Naples and Sorrento. A few days before our tour, I was informed of a change of guide. Nunzia handled the transition smoothly. We communicated with her the points of interest that we would like to see in Naples and she created an itinerary that fitted our two hour private tour, ending at the Chapel of Sansevero where we had a timed entry visit.
Nunzia met us at a coffee shop at the train station. Her instructions were spot on. Naples is big and small at the same time. We did a walking tour of the historic center. The area could be chaotic at times due to narrow streets, very uneven street surfaces, and vehicles, tourists, peddlers all sharing the streets. Nunzia’s itinerary took us through these streets. Her commentary throughout the tour was very informative and gave us an insight to Naples.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Naples and if at all possible, request the services of Nunzia.
