    Maria was a wonderful guide who showed us the modern vibrant side of Osaka. We visited the most amazing high rise buildings with an incredible view and art gallery, tried some unusual local specialties I’d never tasted before in areas I would never have found without her. She guided us across this sprawling city with confidence and we saw and tasted so much in our time with her. She got us back to the train station so we could easily find our way back to our base in Kyoto. We learned that Osaka folks love to have fun and we saw just where the fun happens!

    I’m Alex Before ending up in Japan, many years back, I had a nomad life across several Asian countries for many years as well. I spent most of that time in India, where among other activities I had my first experiences as a tour guide. There I also met my wife, and when the relationship got more serious we decided to settle down and have a more stable life, we chose Japan where she is from. Since then I had many personal experiences in this country in different fields such as human relations, jobs in different sectors, trips, bizarre situations, etc, experiences that I always like to share, together with some knowledge about aspects of the culture that I studied for years, just for the sake of getting knowledge without thinking that I would do this activity later on. By the way, I appreciate a lot the human factor, and besides having a responsibility I enjoy a lot just meeting and being with new people.     Mirasol was an incredible host. I planned the trip and the experience because of the true customizable manor of the day. I'd booked it as a "private tour" but had a photographer and her assistant join as well as I'd planned to propose to my now fiance on the trajinera ride! Mirasol not only went above and beyond to make sure we were all in the right place at the right time but actually herself got us a mariachi to help us celebrate the moment on the trajinera after. It truly couldn't have been a more special day and when my photographer friend and her assistant had to leave she then took my fiance and I around the rest of the Xochimilco area teaching us the history, trying street food, helping us shop at the market. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

    We were very fortunate to have Claudio as our guide. He listened to what we wanted and planned the perfect walking tour, blending history, culture and contemporary lifestyle and giving us great recommendations for coffee, gelato and restaurants. Claudio is highly informed and clearly loves Bologna. The hours we spent with him were an ideal introduction to the city and helped us to feel oriented for the rest of our stay. The day after our tour I texted Claudio to say I had lost my scarf at dinner the previous evening and he immediately phoned the restaurant for me. All three of us would highly recommend a walking tour with Claudio.

    I was born and raised in Fukuoka Japan, and have been working in Tokyo for the past 3 years. One of my greatest joys in Tokyo is strolling through its historical sites, such as Asakusa, Kaminarimon, Higashi Hongan-ji and Meiji Jingu Temple. Imbibing the rich heritage of shrines and temples fills me with a sense of wonder and appreciation. Furthermore, as an avid fan of Anime, particularly ONE PIECE, I find myself well-versed in the vibrant world of Akihabara. This energetic district resonates with my enthusiasm for the art form. I love exploring the city for great food at affordable prices, I like Street restaurant food, Sushi, Ramen, Tempura, Soba, Yakiniku, Matcha, and Sakura sweets, etc. When I have time, I enjoy immersing myself in Japanese cultural events like Kabuki and Sumo matches. I'm excited to share hidden local food and city landmarks with you, and I can't wait to embark on this journey together!

    Ayaka was amazing! She was so kind, friendly and welcoming. My son doesn’t usually feel comfortable around strangers but loved Aya. She took us everywhere we wanted and adjusted as we needed with my son. Aya was very knowledgeable about culture and random facts - I can’t rate her high enough, she truly made our experience fantastic and memorable as a family.

    If at all possible, book your Hong Kong tour with Regene. She was terrific! We had no real set plans or ideas of what we wanted to see or do while in Hong Kong for a couple days, but she helped craft a perfect agenda that melded main attractions and hidden gems. The main attractions felt like "must do's" but the hidden gems gave us deeper understanding and appreciation for how everyday life in Hong Kong plays out (go to a Wet Market - nothing but locals and a fascinating look at how people shop for some of their food). Regene moved us right along all day at a pace we loved. Her English is outstanding, her command of Hong Kong history was impressive, and her insights on the recent and current political/cultural situations were so informative. On top of all that, her personality was a wonderful blend of so many great qualities: upbeat, straight-forward, humorous, patient and flexible. We could not have been happier. We've had many private guides through many different sources, and my wife and I agree that she has been our best ever. Such a pleasant, memorable and fun way to see Hong Kong across an 8 hour day. Thank you, Regene!!

    We had a private tour of 6 for our tour. Our guide Kenta was extremely knowledgable about the area and the history. He customized our itinerary based of mf of my wants. He got us to every place we wanted to go! He went above and beyond for us! We would do this again!

    This was a great way to explore Hong Kong as a first time visitor. Dennis has great knowledge of the city, not just the main features but some more out of the way places. We were able to share insights into history, architecture, politics and Dennis's speciality - food. I certainly got to see and understand HK far better than I would have done on my own. Not only that, but Dennis kept in contact following the tour with helpful hints for travel, destinations, etc. One word of advice for potential clients: this is a walking tour and everywhere is uphill! We covered some 10 miles in the 8 hours we had together - you need to have stamina and decent walking shoes. Once you understand that, you will have a great tour of the city.
