    A truly wonderful experience and Tom was such a gracious guide with wonderful communication before and during our tour. We'd agreed an itinerary in advance and a start time. However, on the morning of our tour, our autistic son had a meltdown and couldn't leave our room. I went down and met Tom in reception and explained the predicament and he was so wonderfully understanding. He took any time pressure away which meant we could all relax and then we adjusted the itinerary to remove the part that had caused our son concern. After we'd all had a coffee and an hour to calm and recharge, we headed off - and had the most incredible day! As a parent of a neurodiverse child, I can't thank Tom enough for his understanding and response. With his support, we were all able to enjoy the tour of Bangkok and Tom's phenomenal knowledge - and use of the English language! What an asset Tom is to City Unscripted and thank you to you as a business, for providing tours that can be tailored to the travelers' requirements.
