Kanazawa is a city where tradition comes to life, and I love every bit of it! From beautifully preserved streets to a rich food culture, there’s always something to discover. In winter, I enjoy indulging in seasonal yellowtail at my favorite sushi spot, and in spring, nothing beats a stroll through Kenrokuen when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. I also know the best places to find unique local souvenirs and traditional wagashi sweets. If you’re a foodie, I can take you to hidden restaurants and cozy cafés that won’t be in any guidebook. Saki made sure everything was set before the tour. She helped us explore new foods. We enjoyed learning about Japan and the area around Kanazawa. She also gave us some great advice for the rest of our trip.
