Despite horrible weather the entire day, Shan was exceptionally sensitive to assuring we stayed safe, comfortable and assured we had an unforgettable day visiting Varenna, Bellagio and Como. Shan is an excellent guide and a kind, generous and caring young man On a day with dangerous conditions due to heavy rain, we are grateful that Shan was assigned to us
