The choice of guide really makes such a huge difference. We had a minor emergency before the tour started and Leo/Ryo graciously adjusted our schedule and even picked us up from our hotel. He was patient, sensitive to our needs, jolly, engaging, knowledgeable, an all-around good guy all throughout our time with him. He is a credit to your company in more ways than one.

My wife and I had a wonderful day exploring and learning about Kyoto with our guide Milo. Milo is not native to Kyoto, however his knowledge of Japanese history, culture, and religion is very expansive. He does a great job of bringing history alive without overwhelming you with data.
