We had a wonderful tour with Michael and Athens. His expertise insured that we saw some hidden gems that we surely would’ve missed on our own! Michael adjusted the tour to suit our personal goals for the day, including, a bit slower pace, avoiding the heavy crowds, hitting a few important stops, allowing us time to catch our breath, and alternating the pick up location to the front door of our hotel. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

We were taken to some great locations we would never have found on our own and as only here for the day was a great walk

Both Anna and City Unscripted were able to accommodate my request of providing a two day tour of Barcelona similar to a tour we had booked through Viator with another operator that abruptly canceled three weeks before the start date after having it booked and confirmed with us for over a year. Anna was fantastic. She met us at our hotel outside the normal pickup zones and spent the two days showing us amazing Barcelona that that we had planned to do on the canceled itinerary utilizing the reserved tickets and time slots we had already purchases for Sagrada Familia and Park Guel. Although the order and the site list were not the usual groupings for tours Anna conducts, she expertly compiled and delivered thorough and extremely interesting itinerary over the two days. We are quite pleased and thankful for all the effort. It was as exactly as we had hoped. Annas knowledge of Barcelona is vast and bountiful. She is very personable and was a pleasure to be with

Roberto truly is a local and he combines this intimate knowledge of Napoli now with a deep knowledge of the history and the intrigue of the city from its founding 2500 years ago. One of the best tours I’ve had.

Daniela was great. We saw everything we wanted to and the food stop was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time with Selda. She was very flexible in going off script as we were running late after a morning at Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. She adjusted our itinerary to include a stop at the Omicho Market which was great since she lives locally and knows all of the best eateries! We then went to the samurai district where we visited the homes of former samurai including one with a nationally renowned garden landscape. Selda had a wealth of knowledge both of local culture as well as samurai history. We highly recommend Selda for an enhanced experience when visiting Kanazawa!

Rey was wonderful. She was prompt and was so thoughtful. It was a delight to have her as our guide. She was well versed in the historical aspects and landmarks. Easy to communicate with and she was flexible with changes.
