It was the best tour I’ve had anywhere, ever. Our guide, Annisa was outstanding. She is highly knowledgeable and so pleasant to walk through Kyoto with. She is immediately likable and taught us much interesting history while making the tour fun. I highly recommend this tour and hope that you are lucky enough to have Annisa guide you.

Mayu is an amazing tour guide. She reached out several days before our tour and selected a meeting location that was conveniently close to our hotel. We booked a four-hour tour and covered a lot of the city. One of the highlights was visiting a local grocery store, where Mayu educated us about Japanese produce, Wagyu beef grading, and other local delicacies. As a former chef, she shared fascinating insights from her culinary background along with cooking tips that we found incredibly interesting.  We learned so much during our time with her that, when we later visited Kyoto, we had a much deeper understanding and appreciation of Japanese culture.  Mayu also took numerous photos throughout our tour, and I was amazed by  their quality. She is an exceptionally talented photographer, and the pictures are one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.  I would highly recommend Mayu to anyone looking for an informative, engaging, and memorable tour experience.

Lilia was an excellent guide and made us feel very comfortable. She had us engaged in the tour instead of just standing there spitting out info. We hadnt realized just how much walking and visiting we had done until the end. We explored the whole city area and she gave us great tips on dining and areas to explore more.
