It was exactly what we needed and she made it a very pleasant tour. Daniela is quite knowledgeable of the Italian art history, the architecture, and the history of Napoli. We thoroughly enjoyed her tour. Worth every penny!!

Far too many emails sent in advance of the tour, which is one of the reasons for the confusion about the start time and guide. We responded to the pre-tour questionnaire, only to receive the form once again requesting the same information several days later. We then arrived at the pickup point as instructed, only to discover the confirmed time (11:00am) was one hour later than the time provided to the guide (10:00am, who therefore had already left) and that a new guide had been assigned (we weren't notified). We eventually met the new guide after a 30-minute wait and proceeded with the tour. Recommendation: consolidate your communications with clients in advance to avoid this kind of confusion.

Milo gave us an incredible tour in Kyoto. He customized the route and information we found most interesting. The tour overall was very insightful and relaxing and Milo went above and beyond to provide additional recommendations as well as great photo ops. The pace of the tour was exactly what we were looking for. Having just completed a large group tour, this personal one was far better for us and we’d recommend it to anyone.

Milo was a fantastic guide. He had a plethora of knowledge relating to history, culture, and local spots to see. He went above and beyond to provide additional information before and after the tour and made sure to tailor the tour to exactly what we were interested in seeing. I would easily tour with Milo again.

How do I register as an travel advisor?

Register once at https://www.cityunscripted.com/travel-advisors, choose your commission model, currency, and communication preference. You’ll get a welcome email right away.

Is full payment required upfront?

Yes — all bookings require full payment at confirmation. Commission is applied instantly (net rates) or paid monthly.

How are experiences personalised?

Every booking includes a pre-trip questionnaire. This helps us match the right host and tailor the experience to your client’s interests.

When and how do I get paid?

No minimum payout. Net rate earnings are instant. Monthly commissions (starting at 10%) are paid via Wise in your chosen currency within 7 days of month-end.

What support is available?

Our advisor team is available 24/7 by phone, live chat, email, and WhatsApp.

Can I add multiple experiences to one booking (like a shopping cart)?

Yes! You can now add multiple experiences to your cart before checking out.


If the same guest is attending all experiences, you’ll only need to enter their details once during checkout.


If different guests are attending different experiences, that’s fine too — just complete checkout and then assign the correct guest details for each experience in your My CU account.
