Very friendly and informative guide.

This was one of our favorite tours, but not for the reason you would think. Since we had already seen the Castle, which Loys said was the key part of Osaka, he took us to an amazing department store's food hall. Harrods in London has NOTHING on this store..Takashimaya. He pointed out all the different sections...fruit, pastry, Korean, Chinese, Seafood, Meat, etc etc. Everything was GORGEOUS and looked delicious. He said, "next time in Japan, get an Air BnB and buy all your food here". I could have eaten at every area. There was just TOO much to see. After that, we strolled the shopping area and Dotonburi. It was a fun day

Our host was Nicola. Communication prior to our experience was excellent and he arrived at our hotel on-time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and his English was very good. We very much enjoyed walking around the centre of Bologna and now have a good understanding of the history and key places to visit. We were very happy with this experience. Thank you Nicola.

Our tour guide Malwina was so knowledgeable showing my husband and I the hidden gems of Porto. She shared historical knowledge as well as art shops, good restaurants, and suggestions for places for us to visit, eat and drink. It was a wonderful day that I would suggest as you arrive in Porto to understand the culture and laces to go. We learned so much. She was a delight to spend time with.

Wow. Alex was among the best guides we've ever had. around the world. He was totally flexible with our timing and location, and he had put a lot of thought into what to show us in that area. We had a great exposure to a Hong Kong you don't get in the standard group tour: Goldfish Street, the Jockey Club, information on mahjong parlors and fortune tellers at the market. He helped us pick out street food on Temple Street, took us into the Peninsula Hotel and relayed interesting WWII stories. We went over our time, and he didn't blink. Even gave my friend and I roses for Mother's Day. Just a sweet, kind, caring guide with an impeccable professional attitude.

Mayinka was great. She started my messaging me a few weeks ago to ask what my group was into and then based the tour on that. Religion? Art? Food? She hit the ground running, calling audibles and ducking into shops the whole time. We absolutely loved walking Porto with her. She sent us some wonderful restaurant recommendations for one of our group with a dietary issue.

Our tour was amazing, we got so much information about everything and Selda (our tour guide) took such good care to explain everything and answer all the questions we had. Very glad we booked this tour! We had an amazing time and would do it again! The tour is personalized so you get to pick which topic interest you the most so it was just perfect!

Regene, our tour guide, was wonderful! She asked us what we wanted to see and scheduled the tour around our interests. When we asked to see something different than the towering skyscrapers that define Hong Kong, Regene took us to a Buddist temple, Chi Lin Nunnery and it's garden. Serenity in the heart of the city. So happy not to have missed this gem. Thanks to Regene, we got to experience an iconic Hong Kong ritual, Villain Hitting. Incense and drama, and a lot of fun.
