We took the Budapest Private Tour with a local, Custom Highlights and Gems hosted by Balazs. Catia was a terrific guide for me and my 24 year old daughter. Tours so often give you expats - people who moved to a city and found this gig. Catia is a Porto lifer AND works for the city in urban planning. She also had a solid "approach" - starting at the oldest section and working to/through the city, excellent balance of informative and fun. Finally, she was incredibly kind - had read in detail our "bio" including that my daughter has severe celiac issues. She'd researched all the places that might be appropriate in Porto (and my daughter, who has a global app that suggests where to go, said Catia had hit the high spots without knowing about that app!).

How do I register as an travel advisor?

Register once at https://www.cityunscripted.com/travel-advisors, choose your commission model, currency, and communication preference. You’ll get a welcome email right away.

Is full payment required upfront?

Yes — all bookings require full payment at confirmation. Commission is applied instantly (net rates) or paid monthly.

How are experiences personalised?

Every booking includes a pre-trip questionnaire. This helps us match the right host and tailor the experience to your client’s interests.

When and how do I get paid?

No minimum payout. Net rate earnings are instant. Monthly commissions (starting at 10%) are paid via Wise in your chosen currency within 7 days of month-end.

What support is available?

Our advisor team is available 24/7 by phone, live chat, email, and WhatsApp.

Can I add multiple experiences to one booking (like a shopping cart)?

Yes! You can now add multiple experiences to your cart before checking out.

If the same guest is attending all experiences, you’ll only need to enter their details once during checkout.

If different guests are attending different experiences, that’s fine too — just complete checkout and then assign the correct guest details for each experience in your My CU account.
