Noah did a great job of showing us the highlights of the city and how to use the public transportation system. He checked in with us regularly on the tour to ensure we were happy with the planned itinerary and if we would like to make modifications.

Ozzie took us to all of the places we really wanted to see, as well as the best baklava we've ever had, and to the place to get real Turkish coffee. She was also able to help us barter for the items we wanted in the Grand Bazaar. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Jay was terrific. He was very knowledgeable, flexible and it was easy to enjoy a 3 hr tour with him. We learned and saw so many things including how to use the transit metro and buses. I would recommend city unscripted and JayHa Lee.

I had a positive feeling about our 3-hour Lecce city walking tour with Giuseppe even before it started. About two weeks ahead of time we received an introductory email from him inviting us to help him shape the experience for us. Because we had been to Lecce once previously we were looking for a deeper dive into its history than a first time visitor. What ensued was a relaxed walk through many of the historic sites accompanied by an enjoyable and informative two way discussion rather than the standard script most guides have. This allowed us the opportunity to ask many questions and get to know our guide on a more personal level. He is deeply informed about the history of the city, passionate about his subject matter, and has an engaging sense of humor. It was perfect.

Our guide Nisa was fantastic. She was very flexible and allowed us to change our itinerary so she could meet us at our hotel and take us to our first stop. Nisa made our day so much fun, and she was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. We highly recommend this half-day walking tour with guide Nisa.

We had a great time. Scout made great choices to explore local cuisine and was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!
