Shin San was very knowledgeable and a great guide; talking to an interesting guy like him was as enjoyable as the tour itself. I’d actually recommend you take the tour later in your time in Nagasaki (after you’ve gone to Peace Park, Megane Bridge, etc.)so he can show you the hidden gems rather than the usual tourist sites.

Denton is a true teacher! He cared so much about our request that he pre-visited places where he had not been to make sure he could answer questions, find everything, create an efficient route and add details we did not know. It was truly impressive and an act of great compassion to connect with knowledge that may not have called to him. He approached all with openness of heart and enthusiasm, providing in this way a joyful, informative experience.

Nobu our host was so friendly and informative. He is clearly very enthusiastic about his work and was easy to talk to. He provided us with many interesting facts about Japanese history and culture. He also has great knowledge regarding the cherry blossom season and the importance of it to the Japanese people. An excellent guide.
