When people ask if I'm a native New Yorker, I tell them that my Dad was from Brooklyn - so I claim rights. I grew up in New Jersey and moved into the city after college. I love New York, and I've been showing visitors around the city on a regular basis since 2003. I think I'm a pretty good storyteller, and that really helps with this job. I also have some more niche passions, in particular board games, Marvel Comics and history. As much as I love the big city, I love to travel, and I enjoy meeting other travellers too. There's always more to learn, and there's always more of New York to show.

Ross timed our experience perfectly to coincide with a booking we had made after the tour. He was knowledgeable and friendly and adapted our route on the go once we had told him what we managed to see the day before. He ensured our route was accessible for my partner who is a wheelchair user and we saw things and places we wouldn't have thought about or attempted on our own.

We wanted an overview of NYC to get our bearings since we'd never been here before. Ross was prompt, polite, and informative. A great way to start our trip. He got us comfortable on the subway and took us all over, and saw what we were wanting. I highly recommend Ross and this endeavor.
