Hi everyone! My name es Lourdes, but you can call me Lu, I’m 24 y/o. Since I was a teenager I have had the desire to explore every nook and corner of Mexico City, and after 8 years I haven’t finished. Photography’s my passion, so I can do great sessions in case it’s necessary. At this time of my life, I work as a production assistant for an advertising agency, we make tv commercials and photography for several campaigns. Lourdes was amazing! It was like having a long lost friend who could navigate around the city with you; she came up with great ideas even though I honestly had no idea what I wanted. I also asked for someone to practice and learn Spanish from and she entertained all of our pronunciation questions and we also learned some interesting Mexican history. Honestly I'd wished I'd booked it for even longer. She also has a photography background so was down for taking pictures too! We will definitely use this service again. I highly recommend Lourdes!

Lourdes, our guide, was wonderful! While we were a little skeptical of paying such a high price for such a short amount of time, there really isn’t anything quite like walking around the city with someone who knows the history and daily happenings. We came across a government building that was graffitied quite heavily. If we had just seen that on our own, we would have thought, “oh, this building must be abandoned or defunct or something.” Lourdes helped us understand that the graffiti was due to a huge protest just the day before in support of women’s rights and trans rights. Quite a different story! We really enjoyed Lourdes as a guide and her willingness to work with us and our desire to see the city was extremely personalized. If you have the money, I recommend it. If you don’t have the money, opt for a group tour where you won’t get this level of customization and care.
