We recently went on a walking tour of Oslo with Sheenam Thakur from your organisation. Since I have not received any email from you asking for my rating, so I am emailing you. I just wanted to say that we had an excellent tour with Sheenam on October 1st. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and took great pains to explain the history of the city, the significance of various buildings and places, and even introduced us to some delicious local food.
