I was born about 30 minutes away from Venice, I moved there when I was a teenager and started working in tourism. When I was 22 I decided to leave and I came back when I was 32. I lived in Malaga ( Spain ) for some years, then Florence, then onboard cruise ships, then Malaga again, Berlin, and finally decided to come back to Venice and started my own business - I am a freelance tour leader since 2014 and I wouldn't live anywhere else now, I love my city and my job!

We had an incredible tour with Benedetta in beautiful Venice! Benedetta tailored the tour to our specific group, being very mindful of our four children and ensuring they were engaged throughout the tour. Communication with Benedetta was very easy - she reached out to us prior to our tour and was easy to reach when we were running late. She was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. Overall, we learned so much about the city and saw incredible sights that we would have otherwise missed, thanks to Benedetta!

Benedetta s experience and contacts within the city made us feel like we were really part of the city almost as a local, as opposed to just tourists. Her food recommendations were top-notch, resulting in dishes that delighted in enjoyment and local flavor. Benedetta s past experience in mask-making gave us a much more in-depth experience during Carnevale, allowing us a unique insight into the masks, costumes, and history. She very patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions about the history of the city as well as its current interworking. The tour felt more like we were viewing the city with a friend than a tour guide, however, she was excellent at maintaining a balance of friendliness and professionalism. The Murano Glass-making tour that she set up wildly exceeded our expectations. Her explanation of the map of the city and the different districts helped us in our subsequent days to navigate on our own finding new sights she suggested. She moved at a pace that was comfortable for us and checked in so that we were comfortable and happy throughout. We never felt rushed and were very flexible in switching the agenda if we wanted to. Over it was an extremely pleasurable, fun, and highly enjoyable day.
