Rafaela was the perfect tour guide for my mother and me. I let her know ahead of time that my mom was not going to be able to walk fast or great distances, and she was very accommodating and flexible. While we took many beaks for her, we still felt like we gained so much knowledge and exposure to such a vibrant city. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and history and provided a great backdrop for our experience in Milan. I would highly recommend her!

Excelente opción para ver un lado único y divertido de la ciudad sin caer en el clásico formato de tour guiado. Fui con mi esposa a Milán por primera vez, festejando nuestro aniversario de bodas. Tanto mi esposa como yo optamos normalmente por programar nuestros propios recorridos en los lugares que visitamos por qué por lo general no nos gusta mucho el formato clásico de tour en grupos. Sin embargo cómo contábamos con poco tiempo en la bella ciudad de Milán decidimos elegir esta opción de City Tours para recorrer los destinos de interés de la ciudad. Nuestro guía fue Rafaela y es lo máximo !!! Se comunicó con anticipación con nosotros para preguntar sobre nuestros intereses. A mi me gusta el arte y la gastronomía y a mi esposa la arquitectura y los jardines. Rafaela nos diseñó un plan Perfecto en donde exploramos los mejores sitios de Milán ( incluso parando a comer en un lugar que hasta la fecha es la mejor pizza que he probado!). Nuestro recorrido fue a pie pero en ningún momento se sintió cansado o aburrido. Quedamos muy satisfechos con este tour y nuestro guía y lo recomendamos ampliamente ! Excellent option to see a unique and fun side of the city without falling into the classic guided tour format. I went with my wife to Milan for the first time, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Both my wife and I usually choose to schedule our own tours in the places we visit because we generally don't like the classic group tour format very much. However, since we had little time in the beautiful city of Milan, we decided to choose this option of City Tours to visit the destinations of interest in the city. Our guide was Rafaela and she is the best!!! He contacted us ahead of time to inquire about our interests. I like art and gastronomy and my wife architecture and gardens. Rafaela designed us a perfect plan where we explored the best places in Milan (even stopping to eat in a place that to date is the best pizza I've ever had!). Our tour was on foot but at no time did you feel tired or bored. We are very satisfied with this tour and our guide and we highly recommend it!
