Ross was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. From our time with him he really seems to enjoy the job. We are big cricket enthusiasts and so was he. We had a great time ( after a vet long time) discussing cricket with someone from another country, which we rarely get to do in the US. We plan on returning with friends in about 2 years and would ask for Ross to be our guide.

Ross was so attentive and kind. He walked with us over the bridge at a great pace, stopped frequently to give us the facts we needed, and introduced us to the transit system here in Sydney that will prove to be so helpful during our stay. Anyone would be fortunate to have Ross as a guide, we wish we could take him to Melbourne with us next! Thanks again Ross!
