I am a Coffee Roaster
My mother is Japanese and my father is from Hong Kong but I grew up in the UK. I moved to Japan in 2017 and trained to be a chef working in Tokyo and then in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Sapporo. Now, I roast and am the manager of a coffee shop, whilst introducing my love for Japan and Hokkaido in general, through writing and photography. I love all things food and coffee as well as exploring new places to visit.
