I live for New Orleans! I have been working as an artist in the French Quarter for many years. My ideal day in this vibrant city would be to wake up and run or stroll along the Mississippi River to Crescent Park. Then grab a chicory coffee and wander around, taking in the charming creole architecture of the quarter. Maybe stop into some cute shops or the beautiful galleries along Royal Street. I’d spend my afternoon taking the St. Charles streetcar towards Uptown, admiring the breathtaking historic mansions along the way. I’d shop my way back towards downtown at the many boutiques and cafes down Magazine Street. I'd spend my evening listening to live jazz on Frenchmen Street. Then wander down to the oldest bar in the USA- Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop to finish my night with piano and a Voodoo Daiquiri.
