We very much enjoyed our full-day, private tour of Hong Kong with Victor. With only one day to spend in Hong Kong, time was well spent, seeing the city’s many highlights and local spots as well. Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

Our guide, Dennis, provided an outstanding tour of Hong Kong and brought us to some great places for small bites and good recommendations for dinner. We would definitely book with him again!

This was a great way to explore Hong Kong as a first time visitor. Dennis has great knowledge of the city, not just the main features but some more out of the way places. We were able to share insights into history, architecture, politics and Dennis's speciality - food. I certainly got to see and understand HK far better than I would have done on my own. Not only that, but Dennis kept in contact following the tour with helpful hints for travel, destinations, etc. One word of advice for potential clients: this is a walking tour and everywhere is uphill! We covered some 10 miles in the 8 hours we had together - you need to have stamina and decent walking shoes. Once you understand that, you will have a great tour of the city.

Dennis is a fantastic guide. He really listened to what we wanted to focus on and led us to some great foodie locations. We were so full by the end of the tour.

If I could give Dennis a 6 out of 5 I would very accommodating and can personalize a trip based on what you would like to see and your ability to move

Malin was fabulous! Took us to so many places and explained so much! Perfect tour with Star Ferry, Victoria Peak, Stanley,,escalators, and more! She speaks great English and is very personable! Helped me find various items at Stanley. We felt like we gained a friend in Hong Kong!

Malik is very personable. She was right on time. She had planned the day based on my input but she was also willing to adjust the plan e.g. taking a water taxi instead of bus back to the train station. She also made great suggestions for where to eat dinner and how to spend my next day in Hong Kong. She offered to answer any questions I had even after our tour was over.

She sent a questionnaire in advance to ensure the tour met my exceptions - which it did - and regular communication leading up to the tour. Milan was very knowledgeable and adaptable as we went through the day. I saw everything I was hoping to in Hong Kong, and learnt quite a bit about current local culture. Thank you Milan!

Karen gave us a great taster tour of Hong Kong. As well as taking us to parts of the city we would not have found ourselves she gave us invaluable hints and tips for the rest of the trip. These included how to use the public transport, other places to visit and places to eat. Really worthwhile experience.

Pinky was my guide, and she was a great companion for the day! She showed me a lot of great sites, both cultural and modern, and gave me some helpful tips for exploring Hong Kong. We got a chance to see both wan chai and Kowloon which was so interesting to see the diversity of cultures in Hong Kong. She was courteous, considerate, and held great conversations. She felt more like a friend than a guide and I would definitely do a tour with her again. I think the tour is also well designed to help you see both popular landmarks and more hidden, underrated sites. I think it’s well balanced and I recommend going for at least six hours to get a full scope of what Hong Kong has to offer.

If at all possible, book your Hong Kong tour with Regene. She was terrific! We had no real set plans or ideas of what we wanted to see or do while in Hong Kong for a couple days, but she helped craft a perfect agenda that melded main attractions and hidden gems. The main attractions felt like "must do's" but the hidden gems gave us deeper understanding and appreciation for how everyday life in Hong Kong plays out (go to a Wet Market - nothing but locals and a fascinating look at how people shop for some of their food). Regene moved us right along all day at a pace we loved. Her English is outstanding, her command of Hong Kong history was impressive, and her insights on the recent and current political/cultural situations were so informative. On top of all that, her personality was a wonderful blend of so many great qualities: upbeat, straight-forward, humorous, patient and flexible. We could not have been happier. We've had many private guides through many different sources, and my wife and I agree that she has been our best ever. Such a pleasant, memorable and fun way to see Hong Kong across an 8 hour day. The tour was great - we got to see areas of Hong Kong that we would have never gotten to experience if it wasn’t for the tour. Regene was so nice and had so much knowledge and information.

Donald was fluent in English and also in the lore of Hong Kong. We wanted to see some areas where locals are living, and also eat local food, along with some history and political explanations. He did just what we hoped and made our objectives his priority. We took a tram a couple of times, but also walked a lot. Great day in Hong Kong!

This food tour was a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong. Simon was outstanding and answered all our questions about the history and culture of Hong Kong and Mainland China. We tasted a variety of delicious dishes, highlighting local specialties. Simon even gave us his phone number in case we needed anything while we were in Hong Kong. The evening food tour with Simon was a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong!

The day visit was definitely worth it, I saw so much in one day and it felt personalized, interesting and useful, I would have probably been able to do much less and far less interesting things with a regular tour. I only have good words for Bertha , my guide, and would recommend her services to anyone looking into knowing Hong Kong more. It felt like knowing a local which is so much of an asset, always!

Mark was/is a very responsive tour operator. He talks freely and answers all our questions. He is very knowledgeable as to what sites we viewed during the tour. You have a limited time so get a list together and make some suggestions. Our operator was open minded.

Cosmos was a great guide! We had arrived in Hong Kong that afternoon and weren't comfortable navigating the city on our own yet, so he met us at our hotel and taught us the Metro system which was great! We had a really fun evening exploring all the markets and sampling lots of local street food!

Nik was knowledgeable of Hong Kong and had brought me to the places that I wanted to visit. She knows a lot about the city and is knowledgeable of the culture, people, and even shared fun facts about the buildings, food, transportation of Hong Kong. An added bonus was getting a quick dim sum bite at the end-- this wasn't part of the initial tour itinerary, but was something I had wanted to do, so I was we were able to incorporate as part of the tour.
