    Malin was very professional and showed us different kind of food and places where the locals eat in Hong Kong. We also got to experience traveling in the subway and star ferry. The food was really good and we had a wonderful time. Malin has a very friendly smile and made us feel very comfortable. She was also very accommodating because we wanted to see the symphony of lights and she made that possible she did a fantastic job.

    Simon was great and everything about the tour experience involving him was well done. However, THE COMPANY (City Unscripted) experience was NOT good and will be reported to Viator. We were initially assigned a guide (Jon) and established communication with him including tour preferences etc. and even linking on WhatsApp. Then 1 day before we left for our trip to Hong Kong, Jon suddenly contacts us asking if we could change our time to much earlier as he suddenly had another obligation for the night tour scheduled. Uh. No. Incredibly unprofessional. Jon said he'd have to hand us back to the company and the whole process left us in limbo for 2 days as to whether we would even have a tour that night. Really terrible experience. We did get assigned Simon, but there was not the same amount of time to go over preferences (like the Flower Market and also where we had been scheduled to meet (our hotel)) with him, so he seemed surprised by both. Again, I blame the company for this. Simon then adapted well and delivered a great experience for the actual tour, saving the day.
