Malik is very personable. She was right on time. She had planned the day based on my input but she was also willing to adjust the plan e.g. taking a water taxi instead of bus back to the train station. She also made great suggestions for where to eat dinner and how to spend my next day in Hong Kong. She offered to answer any questions I had even after our tour was over.

Milan was a lovely guide, helping me spend my layover like a local. She sent a questionnaire in advance to ensure the tour met my exceptions - which it did - and regular communication leading up to the tour. Milan was very knowledgeable and adaptable as we went through the day. I saw everything I was hoping to in Hong Kong, and learnt quite a bit about current local culture. Thank you Milan!
