Becky was a wonder! She listened to what we were interested in seeing and tailored the tour just for us. She went above and beyond showing us how to use the tube back to our hotel. This was a lifesaver for the rest of our trip. She was the best! Highly recommend.

Shopping with Becky was fabulous. She knew the places to go so that I could buy what I wanted and have the experience that I was hoping to get. She was fun and knowledgeable. She took me for my first ride on the tube and on a double decker bus. It wasn’t my first time in London, but it was the best. Becky helped me tease my son because they support different teams. Even he enjoyed it.

It will be tailored to what you want to do. Going to the types of shops that you are interested in makes all the difference. I was able to buy exactly what I wanted while seeing some places in London that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. I have some good pictures from the experience.

My tour guide was Ana Maria. She was wonderful. She planned the day perfectly, so not I was only able to see the things on my list but also much much more. Ana Maria was easy going and a pleasure to spent the day with. Thank you for this great experience.

Ana Maria was my guide and she was amazing. She really understood what I liked and brought me to many places to experience local culture and iconic sights. She knew all the fun facts and history and I learned so much more than expected. The tour totally took the planning off my hands and I can fully enjoy the experience without figuring out directions. For a first time London visitor, this walking tour gave me a great run down of all the iconic sites and off the beaten path local scene. Highly recommended!

Not sure where to begin.....Tom was absolutely outstanding!!!! He was very knowledgeable, entertaining and so much fun!!!! My husband and I love to walk and explore cities and Tom blew away our expectations!!!! By the end of the day, we felt like we now have a friend in London!! We just returned from the most incredible trip to London, and hands down, the highlight of our entire visit was our time spent with Tom, our amazing tour guide! We did a four-hour walking tour of the main areas of London. Our guide was perfect. We had hoped it would not be a cookie cutter tour that one could get anywhere, and it wasn’t. The facts and stories she shared about London were fascinating. She also took our interests into consideration and threw in a few surprises that were much appreciated. We’ll have some great stories to share with our loved ones upon our return home. My family and I highly recommend her!

Delia was an excellent tour guide. We covered a ton of area in 4 hours. She also helped us navigate the subways so we could use that the rest of the trip instead of taking Ubers. Saved a lot that way. Great experience

My tour with Delia was a great balance of information, conversation, time for my questions—we covered a lot of ground but the time seemed relaxed. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and an ideal guide for someone who wants to know about London’s history as well as current life in the city.

So much food so come hungry! Was a great way to see Borough Market and Maltby Street Market with a knowledgeable local guide.

We had Naomi take us on a wonderful tour of London! Traveled the world but never London, and we shared with her in advance other tours already planned, indicating we didn’t want to duplicate the effort, and wanted to see things that would be unique to any tourist. So she completely nailed it! Meeting us at our hotel at 10:00 am at our request, we take the tube and go through streets and see galleries and stores and had coffee and a pastry at a truly local place. Walked through Covent Gardens and 2 bars that were nearby the law school (even the store where you buy your wig to wear to go to Court). We even met 2 people who were studying bee pollination! Toward the end we asked her to leave us near a local pub so we could have a pint. It was past our time with her, and we offered to buy her a pint, and SHE was having so much fun she joined us and we shared photos of her experiences in India and ours in a South African safari earlier this year! I would highly recommend Naomi in a heartbeat if you want to have a truly unique experience in London!!!

Before arriving in London, we shared with her the tours we already had, scheduled, so she didn’t duplicate the effort. She then took us on a tour that included all things we didn’t already have scheduled. We went to old parts of town, where the law school library was (I’m a lawyer in the States), various parks, the Opera House, a coffee house for mid morning coffee and Coventry Garden and other areas of town we would not have found on our 6 day trip. The best example of her attentiveness was when we said shortly before the end of the tour, that our first stop post tour would be at any nearby local pub for a print that she could recommend. She took us to a perfect pub, to sit outside on a beautiful day, and had a drink with us before she left for the remainder of the day (she spent over an hour with us after our scheduled time!). We would HIGHLY recommend her for any tour you’d want of London!

Sean Taylor made this an amazing experience. Me and my 15 year old daughter traveled to London together and we had an amazing day with ST. Darryl was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable but not boring. We were traveling with our 3 daughters (ages 13, 11, 9), our nephew (16) and my mother (70). He never rushed us and was also a phenomenal photographer! He knew all the best places to get perfect angles for views! We even saw the changing of the guard!

This tour was great because we got to cater it to our specific interests. We stopped and had the best pint of Guinness in London at The Devonshire. We had dim sum in ChinaTown. Darryl, our guide, made us feel very comfortable navigating the city and using the underground. He’s a cool guy, and a photographer, so our pics turned out fantastic!

Loved touring Windsor Castle. Our tour guide, JJ Hazan, booked us a lovely lunch at The Ivy which we enjoyed. He was very helpful in navigating the best times to arrive at the castle & knew what to see when. We even got to catch a changing of the guard.

We were on a family holiday and it was my teen son’s first time. He had come up with a list of things that he wanted to see and experience and I reached out to CityUnscripted to plan a day for us. Our guide JJ was the perfect match for my wacky group. He was jovial, informative and made the day special for us all. I can’t recommend him and CIty Unscripted enough.

David was just lovely!! Extremely knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He shared the history and traditions of various sites. How London came to be London. Some tidbits about how the royals do things. As a bonus, he taught us how to properly navigate the tube so we can get around better. All in all, a great day!!

Loved our customized private tour with our new British friend David. He was so informative and took us to spots we never would have known to explore. We went all over and he taught us how to use the Underground in order to get from place to place fast. He was very personable and was just a pleasure to spend half our day with. He dropped us off where we wanted to finish in order to explore on our own and planned the day accordingly. It was such a great experience. Walking tour of London. Excellent!!

David was very personable and quickly change our route when he discovered my father worked with Eisenhower's here in London and took us to the park,old US embassy and Eisenhower's headqarters. We greatly enjoyed all of little known facts and "hidden gems" all over the westminster area.

Nikki was the best possible tour guide! Communication was excellent to make sure we met. The tour itself was paced well, especially in light of my wife's handicap. Nikki was very, very considerate and made sure we weren't overdoing it. That said, she showed us many iconic sights but also included more hidden gems that only a long-time London resident would know. This was our first experience in London and it couldn't have begun on a better note. Nikki's enthusiasm and friendliness made the experience more than just a "tour". A very enjoyable time. The next group to have her lead them about should count themselves lucky.

That's so hard to say as there was so much! But our tour guide Nikki certainly added more that just knowledge to our visit. Her enjoyment of showing off the iconic sites was palpable and her friendly way was a joy.

Nikki was more than considerate of my wife's mobility handicap. I loved that she frequently asked questions to tailor our tour and experience. I can't imagine a more kind and informative host. Communication for meeting was clear and from the start is was like we'd known her already. A very enjoyable time that we wish could have been longer.

Alan was beyond great. Amidst the tube strike, we got to know central London helped us to navigate greater London later in the week. Alan was a fun guide w many stories and we even enjoyed a pub during our tour.

Gessica was an amazing London ambassador, tour guide, foodie, conversationalist! She took all my suggestions and folded them into our day. She even managed to meet me at my hotel. I was nervous going solo, thinking she’d get bored of me but on the contrary we got along famously and the dat flew by and was incredibly fun, as well as delicious.I would book her again in two seconds flat. Gessi is amazing. She is kind, fun, adventurous, knowledgeable and above all easy to be with. I was worried me being solo might bore her but she is lovely to chat, eat, learn from. Best food, walking tour Ever!

Knowing we had already been to many popular attractions, Gessica took us to off-the-beaten-path areas of London to ensure we saw something new. She also took the time to plan visits covering different ethnicities, while working around a dairy allergy for the treats of the tour. We had a most wonderful time and really enjoyed Gessica’s company.

We had a wonderful time with Bea. She was incredibly knowledgeable about London. She knew lots of interesting facts that are not commonly know. She was very accommodating and allowed us to adjust our plans based off of what we wanted to see or spend more time doing. It was raining a lot that day but she remained positive and came up with alternative methods of transportation so we weren’t always in the rain. I would definitely use her again.

I took the "Private Custom London Tour with a Local". My tour guide was Beata (Bea) and she was awesome. It supposed to be me and 2 others but they canceled at the last moment so I went solo with Bea. We had a great tour and hit all the sites. I had purchased an all day pass at the airport that morning to get to London and used it on the tour to jump on busses and the subway and then to get back to my airport hotel, that worked out great for 24 pounds. We hit all the sites I wanted to see including Big Ben, Cathedrals, Buckingham Palace, Harry Potter locations and many others. We stopped for hot chocolate along the way to take a brief rest. It was an awesome day and she was an awesome guide
