Hi, I’m Loic, a friendly and enthusiastic local host who loves sharing the charm of Kanazawa with visitors. I truly believe this city offers one of the best cultural experiences on Japan’s east coast, combining history, elegance, gastronomy, and a great community spirit. What I love most is showing how you can enjoy nature, city life, mountains, the sea, and museums, all within about 20 minutes from each other. I know Higashi Chaya, one of the last Geisha districts in Japan, Kenrokuen, one of the three most important gardens in the country, Omicho Market, and the historic Nagamachi samurai neighborhood very well. I am excited to share Kanazawa’s culture, beauty, and unique mentality with you!
