Kanazawa is a beautiful small town in Japan .. we had a wonderful walking tour of Kanazawa exploring the Samurai district, the shinto shrine, castle and kenrokeun garden with Katie. Katie was very helpful and she gave us a great insight into the history and culture of the city. Winter made it less crowded (off season) and snow made it an amazing experience!! ❄️❄️

Our 2hr tour in Kanazawa with Katie was absolutely amazing - she in particular made it such a memorable experience!! Thanks to her attention to detail, the tour was based on my family’s shared interests and ran at the perfect pace for each of us. We got to see some beautiful places and learn insightful histories at each encounter. (I’ll be repeating these to all my friends at home!) So lucky to have such a kind, thoughtful guide who made great conversation - an experience to remember for sure. :) -Lilly We very much enjoyed the tour with Katie as our guide. She made it easy for us to meet and we were able to walk at a nice leisurely pace whilst seeing Kanazawa castle, Kenrokuen gardens and the geisha tea room district. Katie very nice to us and was able to provide a very informative detail of the sights. I would definitely recommend Katie to anyone else hoping to have a relaxed tour of Kanazawa.
