Akari was very personable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. This was a walking tour, using public transportation. But she picked us up at the port and drove us to our destinations before returning us to the port. As we are older, she walked at our pace. We didn't have to keep up with her, like with many tours. She explained things thoroughly as we walked and in the car. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Akari.

Moha exceeded our expectations in every way. He suggested two attractions in Kanazawa that we had no idea about - the Ninja Temple and the Seisonkaku Villa - and both turned out to be the most memorable of our tour. He is also an expert at managing time to ensure that we were able to enjoy all the historical sites we wanted to see during our 8 hour tour. He is also polite, charming, funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. He taught us so much about Kanazawa as well as Japanese culture in general which made us appreciate everything that we got to experience. He was also able to converse with us in 3 languages (English, Arabic, and French) while at the same time assisting us at Omicho market to translate what we wanted to say in Japanese so that we can order the right food. It was such a pleasant day and the 8 hours (and 14 km walk) flew by so fast because we were having so much fun. Moha also took us to the best spots for pictures and took some amazing photos of us so that we can cherish those memories.

We had the most amazing afternoon and evening with Jorge, he was the best host that we could have had the privilege to be with. He accommodated our culinary experience in Kanazawa with such flair and variety. Jorge was so professional and knowledgeable about Kanazawa and the food district. Jorge went well beyond our expectations with giving us the best opportunity to experience what we really wanted to try. Jorge started the evening taking us to the “ second best melon pan bread” shop in Kanazawa. The chefs mother made the first best melon pan he told us… We had lots of food, sake, beer, and fun. I gave Jorge a list of foods we wanted to go to and Jorge accommodated everyone of them. You must make the food tour the first thing you do when you visit Kanazawa and use the number one tour guide. Jorge is the best local person to spend some time with he will make your experience something to remember. We would 100% recommend Jorge to everyone.
