I had a wonderful day visiting Kamakura with Ack. It was great to get out of the city & I would definitely recommend Kamakura as a destination as it was a lot more relaxed than Tokyo. Ack was a great host providing lots of information & making the day very easy and relaxing for me.

I spent my first full day in Tokyo with Noah - he was fantastic at introducing me to the city from helping me sort out a railcard and understand the metro map to taking me around a few key sights in an informative and relaxed way. Definitely recommend if it is your first time to Tokyo and want a little local help to start so you aren’t too overwhelmed!

Shopping in glitzy Ginza
The guide was very pleasant and walked us through charming corners, bakeries, tea shops and historical places. We had a very good connection and she was also so helpful with finding us good vegetarian option for lunch.

Kyoko was a fantastic guide. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and tailored our tour perfectly! Not only did we get to see the ginkgo trees changing colors, an amazing shrine, and explore a gorgeous garden - but she also showed us some real life Jujutsu Kaisen locations! We highly recommend taking a tour with Kyoko. She’s fabulous.

Private Tokyo Tour with a Local Guide: Tailored to Your Interests
Being elderly, we often prefer to tour by car but in the case of Tokyo, I don\'t think it would be possible to enjoy or appreciate much of what this huge city has to offer. So walking with an English speaking guide offered the best way to get a taste of Tokyo in a short period of time. We only had one full day there and our guide Tim, who spoke good English contacted us almost immediately after making the booking to find out what our main interests were so that he could tailor the tour to our needs. His communication was excellent and we had a rather tiring but most enjoyable day.

In this age of AI, when all information seems just a click away and we think we already know everything, genuine human connection with someone who truly understands the environment, people, and customs is invaluable.
