Ciao! I’m Serena, your local host in Naples—and a big fan of everything that makes this city so wonderfully chaotic and full of life. I love the Neapolitan mindset: a little wild, always smiling, and full of heart. You’ll often find me wandering the colorful alleys off the beaten path, soaking up local stories, and tasting all the street food I can (because in Naples, diet starts tomorrow!). I know the Historical Center and Monumental District like a true local, and I’m passionate about sharing the city’s rich customs, folklore, food, and art. Serena did an e cell t job showing us the sights of Naples. She was willing to focus on what we wanted to see. She also helped us find a great place to eat after and even walked us there.

My husband and I had a fantastic historical centre tour with Serena. She was highly knowledgeable, well-organised, friendly, helpful, and happy to accommodate to our more customised needs, not to mention she offered tips and suggestions that you can get only from locals. She even helped us resolve an issue with our metro tickets. Highly recommended!

Serena, acknowledging that we are Greek, gave us a lot of information on Greek settlements and influences that we knew little about. It felt very personalised, we were given tips and recommendations we would have otherwise not known about, and she was overall amazingly helpful and friendly.

Our first time visiting Naples and Serena did a fantastic job sharing her enthusiasm and love of her city while explaining and guiding us through the colorful chaos that makes Naples! Serena answered our questions and discussed various topic points brought up during our tour. We are ALREADY sharing her info with friends traveling to Naples this fall!
