Very good!

Truly a great experience. We only had one day in Paris and our guide, Hristo, was fabulous. Before we arrived he communicated with us via email and proposed different itineraries based on what we wanted to see. He met us at the train station took us on our planned itinerary telling us the history and stories behind the sights and added a few surprises that were delightful. At the end he delivered us back to the station safely. It was a fabulous experience that I highly recommend.

Hristo was great!! He gave us a wonderful tour and I would highly recommend City Unscripted as a great way to learn about cities and their cultures.

Hristo is a great guide and was very helpful in responding even prior to the trip to finalize the details. I appreciate his detailed knowledge and desire to show the hidden side of Paris that we would have never known otherwise. thank you Hristo

Jill kept us completely engaged those entire tour. Which is hard after a day of travel from the U.S. She did an awesome job a telling the story of French history and how it applied to what we were seeing in real time. Her knowledge was excellent. She answered any and all questions we had without any hesitation! She knows her stuff! She made sure to include things like food and picturesque stops along the way! She is an excellent guide!

Jill was fabulous. She took us to see the shopping experiences I hope to see and added some history and culture along the way. It was a great way to learn more about Paris and how walkable the city is.

Jill did a very nice job. We enjoyed our time getting to know her and the area. The weather was less than ideal but she was a trooper!

We felt so lucky to have Guadry be pit guide on our first day in Paris. His knowledge and love for the city is exceptional! He showed us so much and gave us a lot of historical and interesting information about what we saw. His tour of the Montmarte area was amazing! He also was so mindful of what we wanted to see and flexible if we wanted to add on to see anything else. Anyone taking this tour would be well guided in Paris if you have Guadry showing you around!

Del is an excellent guide, her local knowledge is fantastic and she provides help such as purchasing the metro cards, introducing interesting places, etc

Viator is hit or miss and not always reliable, but their subcontract to City Unscripted worked out well this time. Roffy from "City Unscripted" was an excellent guide and spent six hours with my nephew and I showing us around Paris including some of the more well known land marks along with some hidden "surprises". There were several places we went to that would never have been on our list given this was our first time in Paris so in my opinion, this tour was worth every cent to get a local perspective and see some lesser known things. Having a guide with a set route and plan also made the day much more efficient and we were able to pack in a lot. Roffy was an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and was fun to hang out with and the time flew by! I would highly recommend this tour (especially for a first trip to Paris)!

My husband and I tour three countries. Paris was the only one that we got a private guide. It was a local. I wish we had done it on day one in the other countries. It was the best day we had overall by far! Roffy was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walk through Montmartre with Clovis! He made it fun and interesting, with little tidbits about the artists who had lived there in the past. He also gave an excellent restaurant recommendation, where we had our dinner later.

Highly recommend City Unscripted for the ease of setting up this private tour of Montmartre. But more impressed with our guide, Clovis. He grew up in the area, very clear speaking English, and picked a fantastic route for us. It was almost as if he already knew that we didn't like crowds and really just wanted a slow paced journey through the area. My family (spouse, 14YO, & 11YO) eventually ran out of steam (aka kid's attention span :-) so Clovis showed us to a restaurant and reminded us to grab an eclair from the childhood bakery (unanimous, BEST EVER!). Fantastic family memory. Thank you Clovis!

This was a very helpful and valuable tour as this was our first trip to Paris and we only had 4 days in the city. We arrived in Paris at 9am from USA and had the tour booked at 2pm to kick off our visit. We booked a 3hour walking tour to give us an overview & layout of the city and get a better understanding of "getting around". Our guide was Clovis. Clovis was great. Clovis is a Parisian and definitely knows the city, a lot of history, cultural info, and was fun to be with. He also speaks great English and was very accommodating to what we wanted to see and do. Clovis met us at our Hotel (7 arrondissement) and we developed a 3 hour tour on the spot. Clovis also have a tutorial on the Metro so we were able to utilize the Metro for the rest of our trip. Overall, this was a great tour, a great value and a great start our trip to Paris. Thank you Clovis.

Elli was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and was flexible to what we wanted. We saw some amazing areas of Paris and we loved it!

Elli was an amazing your guide who customized the day entirely for what we were interested in. She was very friendly and the entire experience was seamless. I'd definitely recommend having them book tickets to Sainte Chapelle in advance, as we were able to skip the line entirely.

We had a great morning in Le Marais with Côme. Lots of historical knowledge and context and very useful maps etc he showed us to be able to understand the history of the area. We had mentioned a few interests and he included these. He’s also very friendly and fun. Highly recommend !

Our guide Côme was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, tailoring our tour to what we wanted to see, which we appreciated. Our tour covered many of the highlights of Paris, and included a visit to Notre Dame, which we thought we were going to have to do separately. Côme even guided us through purchasing tickets for the Metro to cover our remaining days in Paris! All in all, a great experience.

I went to Paris with my parents as a graduation trip. Côme was our guide and he was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable about the city and brought us to great sightseeing/picture spots. He gave a great lunch spot recommendation. He even helped us set up our metro cards and took a ride with us so we could get the feel of what the metro was like. Definitely wear sneakers or good walking shoes! We had a great time with Côme!

The personalization of the experience was above all. Being met at our hotel, and it being just us spending the time seeing and learning about what interests us is time well spent.

My family and I travelled around Montmatre with Ewan. He showed us many sights and told us interesting stories about the area. I would highly recommend this tour.

First, Ewan was wonderful. His knowledge of the area, it's history, his passion for his planning a tour specific to our requested interests were spot on. He was pleasant to be with and had a good sense of humor!

Gregory was wonderful, informative and a delight! We very much appreciated his tour and his company!!! Should have remembered as we had a good humoured chuckle about his name! We certainly enjoyed him!!! Highly recommend time spent with him.

Monty was the most fantastic guide I have ever met. We had a all order for him and he met it. He was completely engaging with our entire family, including our 3 teenagers, and took time with each one on our walks to talk to them and find out what was interesting to them. By the end of the tour, he was one of the family and we cannot wait for him to visit us in the US. Absolutely fantastic!!!

Our tour guide Monty was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we hit all the highlights. We ended the day with an array of memorable photos.

Monty was very knowledgeable about all of Paris, and I was able to see all the major sights in one afternoon. He answered all of my silly questions, and he was very passionate about all the art and history of the city (also accommodated my sudden change in schedule).

Loli was very knowledgeable and introduced us to parts of Paris we have not seen before. We both really enjoyed the tour.

Our tour guide, Loli was exceptional! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is a first time traveler, or returning and wanting to see something new. She customized our tour so that it fit what we were looking for perfectly. She also fit so much into our time. She shared diligent notes with us of all of the attractions we saw during our tour, and even gave personalized recommendations for the remainder of our trip. This was 100% worth every penny and more.

Loli was an incredible tour guide! Extremely personable!! She took us to some beautiful places that were off the beaten path that we never would’ve been able to discover without her. She made sure everyone was happy with what we were doing and where we were going. She had an excellent itinerary, but was also very fexible with what we wanted to do. Loli was very kind and informative about the city, she helped us get a sense of what Paris is all about. It was the perfect way to start our only day in Paris, she guided us through Le Marais and showed us places we never would have seen otherwise. We were sad to leave her after 3 hours.

We really enjoyed the tour which Marie tailored to our requests. Using her knowledge of the area she gave us some great food options and also took the opportunity on our tour to show us various historical landmarks and explain their significance.

I never thought we could visit all the spots we visited in a 6 hour timeframe. Marie helped us use the metro for the first time, pressed on through rainy weather and had a smoke the entire time. Such a sweet personality and valuable asset to your tour team!

She energetically presented more than expected

Two weeks and two great experiences with City Unscripted! The second was with Marie as we explored the Montmartre neighborhood in Paris. Marie also had a great personality and was knowledgeable on the area.

Flora was incredibly knowledgeable and customized our tour to my family’s interests. It made the experience memorable for my entire family!

I visited the Marais district with a friend on November 21, 2025. We took a 2-hour walking tour with our guide, Flora. A big thank you to Flora, who is a very friendly, professional, and helpful guide. Flora showed us hidden gems in this unique neighborhood with very interesting explanations. Ellie was a wonderful guide. She had taken into consideration all information about what I found interesting and the 3 hour tour with her speed past. I thoroughly enjoyable first day in Les Marias area.

Almost all shops accept credit cards, but we encountered at least one whose card service was down.) Elie warned me that our four-hour tour would be a lot of walking, and he was right. But we saw sights in at least 5 arrondissements, ate lots of amazing things, and learned history that was not explained to us on any of the other adventures we had in Paris.
