I’ve lived in Barcelona for 7 years
I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan and some French
I am Tourist Guide and Photography Teacher
I am a professional photographer and journalist with more than 10 years of experience specializing in documentary photography, covering news for international photo agencies and teaching photography. I had the opportunity to give more than 400 tours and workshops during the last 7 years to worldwide participants of all levels and ages in the beautiful city of Barcelona. I basically know every street of Barcelona as the palm of my hand :) I love understanding and learning from different cultures. Almost daily I try to be part of the movement of the city, I'm always looking for local, cultural and traditional events and I really enjoy meeting people from around the world. I enjoy music, especially jazz and indie-electro, cooking, and I love good cinema, exhibitions and everything related to arts. To visit natural places, do some sports like mountain bike and to have fun are a must!

Before our tour Nico sent an email introducing himself and asking us for ideas from us on our interests. He met us at our hotel and from there we went on a walking tour of neighborhoods in Barcelona, highlighting places and telling us anecdotes about what we were seeing. He added personal touches that helped us understand the city and the people there. Great tour.

Largely focuses on the Gothic Quarter, but provides a great introduction to Barcelona City. It is two hours of constant walking.

Nicole was very patient. We delt with rain most of afternoon and he was still able to maneuver the city and provide just the right amount of history and background.
