Our host Miki was wonderful. She was very personable and a joy to be with. She was knowledgeable and shared just the right amount. She was very conscious about making sure we were having a good experience and seeing the sights we wanted to see. I would highly recommend Miki.
We had a delightful day from start to finish with Marina. She started our day by taking us to interesting places in the market to eat and clearly explained how things worked there. Not only did she hold our attention for hours while showing us the old world of Geisha and Samurai, but she intelligently answered every one of our questions- & we had a number of not so obvious questions.
Marina’s English is great and very easy to understand. She is warm and lovely to be with. I highly recommend her.
Milo was a most congenial host is knowledge was great and took it slow because im not a great walker he knew the little details about the gion area which i lapped up with enthusiasm it was an amazing tour thank you Milo

Ryan was an outstanding guide and made the entire day feel effortless. He connected with us right away, kept everything organized without rushing, and shared just the right amount of insight at each stop.
He also took us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch that we never would have found on our own. The Shinkansen from Kobe to Kyoto was a highlight in itself, and Ryan made sure we experienced it the right way.
We covered a lot in Kyoto without it ever feeling overwhelming, which really speaks to how well he managed the day. If you have the chance to tour with him, take it.
